Do Work That Matters.
Build a Career That Lasts.
At Najem Financial, we believe that the people who serve our customers deserve the same level of investment and care that we ask them to show every day. That belief shapes everything — how we recruit, how we develop talent, how we promote from within, and how we build an environment where every employee can do their best work.
We do not hire people and assume they will figure it out. We invest deeply in onboarding, mentorship, technical training, and leadership development so that every new Najem Financial employee has a real path to growth. Our internal mobility rate of 78% — meaning 78% of all senior roles are filled by existing employees — is the clearest proof that this investment is working.
Whether you are a recent graduate, a seasoned financial services professional, or someone making a career transition, Najem Financial offers a place where the work is meaningful, the culture is human, and the opportunity for advancement is real and equitable. We are 12,400 people strong and growing — and we want you to be part of what comes next.

We benchmark our benefits annually to remain above the 85th percentile of financial services employers.
Inclusive Culture
With 12 active employee resource groups, a pay equity audit conducted annually, and 40% women in management as a 2026 target, inclusion at Najem Financial is measured, reported, and acted upon — not just declared. We believe a culture where everyone belongs produces better outcomes for everyone.
Life at Najem Financial
Invest in Yourself. We Will Match It.
Najem Financial offers one of the most comprehensive learning and development programs in the financial services industry. Our annual tuition reimbursement benefit of $12,000 per employee covers undergraduate and graduate coursework, professional certifications, and executive education programs at accredited institutions worldwide.
Najem Financial University — our internal learning platform — delivers over 4,000 on-demand courses across technical skills, leadership development, compliance training, and personal effectiveness. Launched in 2019, Najem Financial University has delivered more than 2.1 million learning hours to employees across all 34 countries of operation.
Our structured mentorship program pairs approximately 1,200 employees annually with senior mentors for 12-month engagements. Mentors commit to a minimum of four in-depth sessions per year, with many relationships continuing well beyond the formal program period. Alumni of the mentorship program are promoted at 1.6 times the rate of non-participants.
Professional certification costs — including CFA, CPA, CFP, FRM, PMP, AWS, and dozens of others — are fully reimbursed upon first-time passage. Najem Financial currently employs 1,840 employees with active CFA designations, more than any other US bank of comparable size.
My Learning Progress
Inclusion & Belonging
Najem Financial operates 12 active Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), each with dedicated executive sponsorship, an annual budget, and a charter that connects the group's mission to the bank's broader diversity and inclusion strategy. ERGs serve as both community spaces for employees and advisory bodies that help shape ZigBank's products, policies, and market strategies.
Our diversity targets are publicly committed and annually reported. By 2026, we have committed to 40% women in management positions globally, 25% diverse employees in leadership roles across all regions, and pay equity within 1% across all levels and demographic groups. Our 2024 pay equity audit — conducted by an independent third-party firm — found a 0.4% adjusted gap, which we are actively closing through targeted compensation reviews.
Najem Financial's Inclusion Index — a proprietary survey measuring employees' sense of belonging, psychological safety, and fairness — scored 82 out of 100 in 2024, up from 74 in 2020. We benchmark this score against peer institutions and use the results to drive specific, measurable actions in each business unit. Progress is reviewed quarterly by the Executive Diversity Council chaired by the CEO.
We have published a full Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Report annually since 2018, including unadjusted pay gap data, representation data by level and function, and a transparent accounting of where we have met and missed our targets.

Employee Testimonials
I joined Najem Financial as a junior analyst straight out of college, and within four years I was leading a team of twelve people. The internal mobility here is real — I was promoted three times, and every manager I had invested genuinely in my development. I feel like this is a place that actually wants me to grow.
The parental leave policy is genuinely one of the best I have ever seen — 20 weeks fully paid. I took every week of it after my daughter was born, and when I came back there was a clear return-to-work plan, not just an expectation that I would pick up where I left off. Najem Financial actually backs up the things it says it believes in.
I transitioned from academia to banking at age 34 — something I was not sure any institution would take seriously. Najem Financial did. The hiring team focused on my capabilities and potential rather than my traditional banking credentials. Three years in, I am leading a data science team that is changing how we detect fraud at scale.
