What Exclusive Banking Means
The word "exclusive" is overused in banking. Exclusive Services is not a marketing label — it is a distinct operating model that governs how we serve you every day.
Exclusive clients are served by a dedicated banking team with a client-to-banker ratio no higher than 40:1. This means your banker knows you, knows your situation, and has the capacity to give you their genuine attention — not just when you call, but proactively, whenever something in your account or in the market requires it. Compare this to the 300:1 or higher ratios typical of mass-market banking, and the difference in quality of service becomes immediately apparent.
Every Exclusive Services client receives a dedicated direct phone number — not a call centre queue. When you call, a person answers. If your designated banker is unavailable, a qualified colleague with full access to your account history responds within two minutes. All calls are logged, and any instructions or commitments made by our team are documented and followed up without exception.
Fee waiver is another hallmark of Exclusive Services. Monthly maintenance fees, wire transfer fees, foreign transaction fees, ATM surcharges, and a range of other charges that apply to standard accounts are either waived or significantly reduced for Exclusive clients. Over the course of a year, this can represent hundreds or thousands of dollars in direct savings — in addition to the intangible but very real value of a superior client experience.

How to Qualify
Exclusive Services eligibility is determined by the depth and breadth of your relationship with Najem Financial — not just your account balance. We look at combined deposits, investments held under advisory management, outstanding credit facilities, and the overall complexity of your financial relationship with us.

Existing clients who qualify are notified proactively by their relationship manager. New clients are assessed during the onboarding process. In both cases, there is no application form to complete — eligibility is assessed automatically and communicated within 48 hours of your first meeting with our private banking team.
If you are close to but not yet at the qualifying threshold, your relationship manager will work with you to develop a plan for reaching it — and may grant provisional Exclusive access in recognition of your trajectory and commitment to growing your relationship with Najem Financial.
Frequently Asked Questions
Exclusive status is reviewed annually. If your relationship value falls below the qualifying threshold, your relationship manager will notify you and work with you to explore options — including a transition plan that preserves as many benefits as possible. We do not remove Exclusive status without notice or without offering a path forward.
Yes. Business banking clients whose combined personal and business relationship meets the qualifying threshold are eligible for Exclusive Services. In practice, many of our business banking clients are also private wealth clients, and their combined relationship is evaluated holistically.
Exclusive Services is a comprehensive tier that governs the overall quality, pricing, and access of your entire banking relationship. Concierge Banking is a specific service within Exclusive Services that provides 24/7 personal instruction execution — wires, transfers, account management, and more — through a dedicated direct line. All Exclusive clients have access to Concierge Banking.
There is no subscription or programme fee for Exclusive Services. The service is provided as a function of your qualifying relationship balance. The financial benefit — from fee waivers and preferential rates alone — typically significantly exceeds the cost of maintaining the qualifying balance.
Yes. Immediate family members — spouses, domestic partners, and dependent children — can be added to your Exclusive relationship at no additional charge, subject to verification. Adult children who establish their own accounts with Najem Financial may also qualify independently.
